Health Systems Nurse (Hiring Immediately)

Up to $13,000 Sign-On Bonus Offered, based on experience!!! Registered Nurse (RN) Registered Nurse (RN) positions at Health Systems Management provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatment directly to the patients at the dialysis facility. RNs will work closely with the physicians and the multidisciplinary team to achieve a high standard of care specific to the patient to improve their quality of life. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to leave the discipline of dialysis. We are currently looking for compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team. RN Responsibilities and Physical Demands : - Provides education, prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to the clients of the unit. - Renders highly professional and technical nursing care to the dialysis patients.- Provides direct, indirect and emergency patient care using the nursing process.- Administers medications as prescribed by physician and / or HSM guidelines and policies. - Directs, delegates, and supervises other team members.- Collaborates with the physicians and the multidisciplinary team members to achieve the highest standards of care specific to the age / developmental status of the patient.- Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures and standards of care.- This position requires frequent, prolonged periods of standing and bending, heavy lifting and moving of patients with assistance from co-workers and / or equipment aids. - Please note you will have exposure to infectious and bodily fluids, and needles. - Daily tasks will include desk, computer work, and interaction with patients, physicians, and HSM staff. - Required to float to other clinics once training has been completed, if needed. - Performs other duties as assigned. RN Education Requirements and Position Qualifications : - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice.- Current CPR BLS Certification or ability to complete during orientation from the American Heart Association. - Willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.- Employee must successfully pass the Ishihara's Color Blind Test.- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
