Purpose of this position
The purpose of this position is to implement and maintain effective, efficient systems to operate the housekeeping department in a cost-effective, efficient manner to safely meet residents’ needs in compliance with Federal, State and local requirements. Must be committed to person-centered care by embracing and following the facility’s goal of person-centered care by demonstrating and being supportive of individual resident choice and controlled resident-preferred routines in all aspect of daily living.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum two (2) housekeeping and laundry experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity and where a working knowledge of facility cleaning procedures was acquired.
