- Provide care for residents with therapeutic, neuro, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs.
- Follow Resident Care Policies to ensure safety and well-being.
- Work under the Charge Nurse and collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming per Care Plan.
- Ensure residents are out of bed as per Care Plan.
- Interact supportively with residents, families, and staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Active Licensed Nurse Assistant Certification required.
- Documentation of certification needed upon application.
Salary : $21 - $24
