- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (online certification not accepted)
- Inpatient rehabilitation experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
