- Conduct interviews for Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments.
- Collect data for MDS forms and documentation.
- Make referrals to healthcare professionals.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
- Supervise resident care and clinical coordination.
- Review labs and assist physicians during rounds.
- Engage in Quality Assurance processes.
- Wage:* $12,000 sign-on bonus, $41.95-$46.45/hour based on experience. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, health insurance options, paid time off, and daily pay flexibility. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring an RN license.
