About the Position
This is a PRN position, offering flexible scheduling options to suit your needs. You'll work 32 hours per week, including every other weekend, with shifts available from 7 am-3 pm, 3 pm-11 pm, and 11 pm-7 am.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and nursing policies.

Qualification Criteria
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current State License as an LPN.
- LTC/SNF experience preferred.
