Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, licensed professional who specializes in advanced aesthetic procedures including Morpheus8 RF Microneedling, HydraFacial, Botox/Dermal Fillers, and therapeutic massage. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare and wellness, enjoys creating customized client experiences, and thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Administer Morpheus8 treatments with precision and care.
- Provide personalized HydraFacial treatments addressing various skin conditions.
- Skillfully administer Botox and dermal fillers, ensuring safe, effective, and natural-looking results.
- Deliver therapeutic massages tailored specifically to client needs.
- Conduct detailed consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on treatment processes, outcomes, and ongoing skincare and wellness strategies.
- Uphold a high standard of client satisfaction, professionalism, and care.
Qualifications:
- Licensed RN, NP, PA, Licensed Medical Esthetician, or equivalent.
- Certification and demonstrated expertise in Morpheus8, HydraFacial, Botox, and dermal fillers.
- Licensed massage therapist or trained extensively in therapeutic massage.
- 1 years of professional experience in a medical spa or similar setting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
