What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced caregiver position at HealthBay?
We are now looking for a committed and experienced caregiver to help elders with their everyday tasks in a sympathetic manner.
The ideal applicant will genuinely want to care for the elderly and have a great love for helping others. Helping seniors with tasks like dressing, grooming, bathing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housework are all part of your duties as a caregiver.
Principal Duties :
Prepare and serve wholesome snacks and meals while following nutritional guidelines.
Administer prescription drugs in accordance with the timetables specified.
Help with transfers and mobility as required
Keep an eye on the senior's health and notify family members or medical professionals of any changes.
Offer seniors company and include them in worthwhile social activities.
Keep the elderly person's living space tidy and secure.
Requirements :
Prior experience in a related capacity, such as providing care
A sincere desire to assist others combined with a gentle and compassionate manner
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
The capacity to respond professionally and empathetically to difficult circumstances
An understanding of fundamental caregiving methods and skills
Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
The completion of high school or its equivalent
