Position Summary
The Account Executive – B2B Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities for MedPass and other OneNest products. This individual will develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, deliver compelling sales presentations, and ensure the successful implementation of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Prospecting :
Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities across key industries (e.g., travel, insurance, healthcare, and corporate sectors).
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and engage in proactive outreach.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Client Relationship Management :
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand their business needs and challenges.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
Sales Strategy & Execution :
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.
Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Performance Tracking & Reporting :
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in the CRM system.
Track key sales metrics and provide regular reports to management on progress and opportunities.
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Qualifications & Requirement :
Experience
1 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or travel-related services.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills :
Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Spanish (preferred).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Other Requirements :
Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
