A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHIROPRACTIC FRONT DESK, you work to ensure that payments are being received. You may create medical claims, ensure accurate authorizations are in place, and input data. Your mission is to increase the accuracy and efficiency of our front desk practices. When payments are denied or claims are filed, you may use your problem-solving skills to get to the bottom of things. Working with the front desk, insurance companies, and lawyers, you gather any data needed to get cases paid.
You keep accurate and up-to-date documentation. You always check coding from the front desk and doctors to ensure accuracy. Conscientiously, you ensure compliance with applicable policies, laws, regulations, and standards. You get great satisfaction out of using your skills to make sure that we can continue providing needed services for our patients!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Being well-versed in Act 57 worker's comp laws and Act 6 motor vehicle laws would be a plus. Can you work with confidence in a fast-paced setting? Is your attention to detail exceptional? WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday. Weekends are yours!
