Job Description: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for leading the financial strategy and direction of our organization. This will involve developing and implementing financial plans, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing financial guidance and oversight to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Fostering a culture of financial discipline and responsibility throughout the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of cumulative job-specific experience, with 5 years of leadership/management experience. Knowledge of HSCRC payment methodologies and regulatory reporting is highly preferred.

A strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
