The primary purpose of this position is to assist HealthCare Associates Credit Union in living out our Mission, "Helping our members achieve their financial goals by providing superior financial solutions to "Bank Healthy®". We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to provide expert-level support for Jack Henry's Symitar core banking system and other critical banking applications, including Alkami Online Banking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization, with proficiency in Azure SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the performance, security, and integrity of the banking systems, as well as providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for Jack Henry's Symitar and related banking applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability.
- Optimize system performance, conduct quality assurance testing, and manage third-party integrations.
- Develop and maintain Azure SQL databases and Power BI reports for data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, automation, and security compliance.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure a high level of user satisfaction.
- Participate in on-call support as required to address critical system issues.
- Assist with project implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain technical documentation and train end-users on IT systems.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed to support IT operations and business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 5 years as a Systems Analyst with a focus on Symitar (Jack Henry).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
- Strong Azure SQL and Power BI expertise.
- Experience integrating Symitar with third-party applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong drive to improve systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Benefits:
- Salary Range: $83,000-$104,000 (Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge)
