JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for gathering and entering all patient information into multiple database systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Enters patient demographics into Medisoft system.
- Ensure insurance/billing information is complete.
- Perform and/or assist others in assigned tasks related to information and communication flow.
- Maintain the professional image of the department and organization. Ensure optimal customer service.
- Perform other related duties incidental to work described herein.
- Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior.
- Shows persistence and seeks alternatives when obstacles arise; seeks alternative solutions.
