Job DescriptionMajor accountabilities :
Development and implementation of a strategy for the development of prescription and non-prescription drugs in accordance with the company's strategy.Development of a portfolio of prescription and non-prescription drugs for the next 5 years, including strategies and tactics for drug promotion, market launch, and promotion of new products.Building effective interaction with company structures influencing the development of the marketing department.Analyzing trends and developing impactful and actionable customer market insights.Supporting brand teams in the creation of service needs to define an integrated insights and analytics plan.Providing leadership in establishing a high-performing team of Scientific Events Leads, Managers, and Coordinators.Leading the development and implementation of standards to support quality and compliance.Aligning work required to support Scientific Events activities at global, regional, and local levels where required.Leading teams to define deliverables and monitor time management.Key performance indicators :
Execution of insights & analytics services and related strategic projects - performance on productivity and competitiveness, measured against goals & benchmarks.Work Experience :
Higher education, preferably in medicine, marketing, or economics.Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market at national and regional levels, including aspects of legal regulation.Experience in team development and management.Developed goal-setting and planning skills.Experienced PC user.People leadership.Process management.Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders.Skills :
