Position Summary :
The Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Proven leadership experience with at least two years as an Executive Director , including administrative and supervisory experience in healthcare.
OR Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Reasoning & Problem-Solving Skills :
Ability to address practical challenges and adapt to situations with limited standardization.
Proficiency in interpreting and implementing written, oral, and visual instructions, including policies, schedules, and operational guidelines.
Other Skills & Abilities :
Basic proficiency in computer software; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
Ability to learn and utilize essential software for agency operations after initial training.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Physical Demands :
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds if required.
Capability to work in a high-stress environment and manage workplace challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily agency operations , ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in alignment with agency goals.
Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance and compliance measures.
Collaborate with the Director of Patient Services and Director of Human Resources to develop policies that reflect best practices and reinforce compliance programs.
Monitor and support supplemental services to ensure proper execution for patient benefit.
Represent the agency by participating in local, state, and national organizations, meetings, and industry-related activities .
Supervise, interview, and hire corporate staff as needed.
Prepare and present Quality Improvement (QI) reports .
Review and monitor the Health Provider Network (HPN) daily.
Ensure the agency remains in compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations and corporate compliance standards.
