We are looking for PART-TIME Respiratory Therapist.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Administer oxygen therapy via the devices and techniques as ordered by a physician. Administer respiratory medications as ordered by a physician.

Set-up and maintain mechanical ventilation as ordered by a physician.

Assist in weaning and discontinuance as ordered by a physician.

Assess resident condition and provide therapy / treatments accordingly.

Provide tracheostomy care including tube changes as ordered by a physician and / or facility policy.

Perform airway management, suctioning.

Educate and train patient / family prior to discharge.

REQUIREMENTS :

Valid CA CRT / RRT license

Current BLS certificate

Excellent customer service skills

Must be able to work under stress and in emergency situations

Basic Computer skills
