Position: Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Overview:
We are a Holistic Chiropractic Wellness Center seeking a motivated, compassionate, professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk Patient Coordinator. Core Responsibilities:
- Patient Experience: Greet patients with warmth and compassion, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Scheduling: Manage and coordinate patient appointments, maintaining an organized and efficient schedule.
- Communication: Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and communicate with patients clearly and professionally.
- Billing & Payments: Process patient payments, explain billing details, and assist with any questions related to charges.
- Office Support: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
- Inventory Management: Monitor, order, and organize office and clinical supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for the practice’s social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand and values.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical team to support the overall efficiency and success of the practice.
- Growth Mindset: Seek opportunities for learning and development to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of the practice.
- Professionalism: Represent the practice with integrity, maintaining patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Positive attitude with a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
- Proficiency with basic office technology (phones, scheduling software, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus but will train.
- Prior experience in a front desk, inventory management, or customer service role is a plus but not required.

This position is flexible and can be either:
- Full-Time (30 hours/week)
- Part-Time (approximately 20 hours/week)
Compensation:
Starting salary is $19-22/hour, with the opportunity for growth based on performance and experience. Bonus structure implemented after 6 months could add $200-500 per month to salary.
