A community hospital in southern Illinois is seeking a family medicine physician to take over an established patient panel for a retiring physician.

This facility is J1 visa cap-exempt and has unlimited J1 spots. Benefits include:
- $290k Salary RVU annual percentage of salary increase signing bonus relocation package
- 85% Outpatient 15% light rounding (1:4 Saturdays and less than 2 hours)
- Flexible schedule: 4 or 5 day work week
- Light volume: 15 to 20 patients per day in clinic
- Loan repayment: $150,000
