What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Healthcare Control Systems, Inc.?
The Executive Assistant reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations and is responsible for helping the SVP carry out day to day organizational duties and facilitating efficient communication across the company and with clients.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a C Suite executive assistant with a four-year college degree
Primary duties include:
· Arrange and coordinate meetings and travel
· Help the Senior Vice President monitor progress on projects and delegated tasks
· Update and edit databases, spreadsheets and reports
· Prepare written correspondence and PowerPoint presentations
· Edit proofread marketing materials and sales proposals
· Manage calendars
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
