Onboarding Process: All newly hired employees must participate in a 4-day training session in Texarkana, TX, as part of their onboarding process.

What You'll Do
As an LPN, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks:
- In this role, you will obtain vital signs (temperature, heart rate, pulse oximetry, blood pressure, and weight), insert saline locks, and perform both basic and advanced cardiac life support. You will apply sterile dressings, remove sutures or staples, assist with pelvic examinations, and perform EKGs. Additional responsibilities include cleansing and irrigating wounds, administering oral medications, and applying various splints (volar, thumb Spica, ulnar gutter, posterior leg splints).

- Hours:12-hour shifts
- Compensation: Starting at $21 per hour, depending on experience
