Primary Responsibilities
- Prioritizes and administers basic patient care, such as toileting, bathing, linen and clothing changes, fresh water and ice, ambulation, comfort measures, and other patient requirements.
- In a timely way, reports and documents patient care data and results. Notifies the nurse immediately of any changes in the patient's condition and obtains the necessary support.
- Infection control duties such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning patient supplies and sanitizing surfaces.
- Takes and records temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, height, blood pressure, and intake & output measurements.
- Lead patient developmental activities and supervise children at play.
- Supervision for, and care of, patients while on bus transport.
- Collaborates and consults with the RN and other multidisciplinary team members to provide optimal patient care.
- Must maintain required and assigned continuing education.
Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- One year experience in care of infants and toddlers, or related experience such as Medical Technician training.
- Annual Pediatric CPR certification

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
