Job Summary:
*1-2 days in office*
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Manager to oversee and manage our organization's IT support operations. This role will focus on ensuring the smooth deployment and maintenance of end-user workstations, company assets, network systems, and providing excellent help desk support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the deployment and management of end-user workstations and company assets according to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise a team of IT support and help desk employees, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Develop and implement automation solutions for routine asset deployment tasks, including workstation builds and system updates.
- Provide timely help desk support and resolve technical issues to end-user satisfaction.
- Monitor and promptly respond to service requests submitted via phone or the IT help desk portal.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to help desk tickets.
- Set up, configure, and maintain workstations for internal users.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within the organization’s systems.
- Support various IT projects within the department as needed.
- Perform monitoring, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Conduct security monitoring and audits in alignment with IT Operations and company security protocols.
- Understands and complies with all company Privacy and Security standards.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience with the Windows operating system.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and provide exceptional end-user support.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to solving technical issues.
- Experience with server management (Windows/Linux) and network equipment is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive tasks with discretion.

Remote Work Requirements:
