What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner position at Healthcare Hiring Firm?
We are looking for four (4) Physician Assistants / Nurse Practitioners to provide Urgent Care services at our Practice.
Job: Ability to practice procedures based on urgent care. Great work-life balance with a full-time and part-time schedule. Weekends available. Excellent support staff that helps with prescriptions, prior authorizations and placing orders for medications, labs & radiology.
Requirements:
1. Graduation from an accredited PA / NP program
2. Possess a valid PA-C / NP-C license in the applicable jurisdiction
3. Excellent patient care skills and awareness of the legal implications of work and words in healthcare
4. General knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations
5. Confidence to work independently
6. Willingness to take over existing patients as well as take on new patients
7. Current CPR certification
