What are the responsibilities and job description for the Epic Population Health Data Architect position at Healthcare IT Leaders?
Our New England client has an immediate need for an experienced and certified Epic VBPM Data Architect for at least 8 months. This consultant will travel onsite once per quarter. Consultant must be able to work W2 hourly for consideration.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with Epic Caboodle Received Claims Data Model
- Expert in EMR data, claims data, public health databases, healthcare coding (ex. ICT), social determinants of health data
- Ability to independently map data from Epic to the DataHub (Snowflake).
- Expert in Data Modelling, Power Query Power Pivot and DAX for report development Data Analytics requisitions
