Responsibilities:
- 7 years of Operational Program Manager experience with large healthcare systems.
- Must be local to New York, NY, and willing to be on-site two days per week.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
- Key responsibilities include optimizing operations using AI/analytics and strong data-focused decision-making.
- Will not be managing projects but should have a Program Management background to understand healthcare operational workflows.
- Should be familiar with reporting processes such as red & yellow reports, 30-day reports, and PM intake.
- With very limited work direction, functions independently and leads the overall management of a team and assigned projects including coordination, communication, status reports, developing schedules/project scopes, and managing stakeholder's financial risks and issues.
- Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional quality and timeline issues appropriately.
- Manages hybrid methodology projects or products that use an agile approach as well as traditional milestones reporting to leadership.
