Lawson Compensation Project Leader

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a Compensation Project Leader to support their enterprise-wide transformation project. This fully remote position requires deep expertise in Lawson v10, compensation management, and healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will help aintain and optimize current compensation processes. This is a long-term engagement through July 2026 with potential for extension.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in compensation management within healthcare
• Strong expertise with Lawson v10, including system administration and maintenance
• Experience managing compensation cycles and programs in enterprise environments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with system transitions and data migration projects
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
• Must be located in approved states for remote work
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
