Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in compensation management within healthcare
- Strong expertise with Lawson v10, including system administration and maintenance
- Experience managing compensation cycles and programs in enterprise environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with system transitions and data migration projects
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
- Must be located in approved states for remote work
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
