What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sectra PACS Imaging Technical Architect position at Healthcare IT Leaders?
We are looking for a senior Imaging Technical Architect with deep expertise in medical imaging architecture, particularly around DICOM, report routing pathways, Modality Worklist (MWL) design, and network infrastructure. This person will work with Sectra to ensure that the hardware, network, and infrastructure at all imaging sites meet the technical requirements of the new Sectra PACS platform.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop DICOM and report routing pathways for the Sectra PACS system.
- Develop Modality Worklist (MWL) rules for various imaging devices and clinical settings.
- Work closely with both Sectra and IT infrastructure teams to ensure hardware and network capabilities support the new PACS platform.
- Evaluate and recommend system architecture, network, and hardware solutions to meet the project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PACS, DICOM, and medical imaging systems.
- 7 years of experience as an Imaging Technical Architect or similar role.
- Expertise in medical imaging systems architecture, DICOM, and PACS technologies.
- Experience with Sectra PACS or other medical imaging platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of networking and IT infrastructure requirements for PACS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
