We are seeking an experienced Epic Space Planning Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and implementation of space-related projects associated with Epic software deployments. This role will focus on managing space utilization, coordinating facility modifications, and ensuring seamless integration of physical infrastructure with Epic's electronic health record (EHR) systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, space planning, and healthcare IT. LOCAL CANDIDATES preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Space Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and execute strategic space plans to support Epic system implementation.
- Manage space utilization audits and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee facility modifications, including renovations and relocations, to accommodate Epic deployment needs.
- Project Management:
- Lead end-to-end project management for space planning initiatives, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, facilities management, and clinical staff, to ensure project success.
- Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and status reports for stakeholders.
