Job Details
One of our East coast clients is immediately seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst for a 6 month contract.
Required Qualifications:
10 years of experience in solution architecture, business systems analysis, technical
solutioning and business architecture within the healthcare sector.
Deep understanding of payer, provider, and healthcare regulatory ecosystems.
Proven track record of designing and implementing real-time AI-powered solutions in
healthcare, including predictive analytics, automation, and clinical decision support systems.
Expertise in FHIR, HL7, EDI X12, RESTful APIs, and healthcare data interoperability.
Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and event-driven
architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, middleware, and security protocols
(OAuth2, OpenID, JWT, PKI, SOC2, HITRUST).
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Vertex AI)
preferred.
Familiarity with EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech), RCM, and claims processing platforms.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior executives, business leaders, and
engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architecture, or AI/ML frameworks.
Exposure to AI-driven automation tools (RPA, NLP, Computer Vision) in claims processing,
prior authorization, or member engagement
