Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Workday Financials implementation projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage project risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and developers.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies and quality standards.
- Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct project post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize Workday deployment methodology and best practices.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Workday Pro Record to Report Services Certification.
- Workday Project Manager Certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Workday Financials implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and Workday Financial Management functionality.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience with multiple Workday Financials implementations.
- Experience within the Healthcare industry.
