SUMMARY: Coordinates HR, Recruiting, and Productivity goals for the firm including but not limited to hiring, talent goals, and employee relations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies across multiple channels.
- Screen candidates, manage resumes, and conduct background checks, ensuring timely and compliant hiring processes.
- Support the administration of HR policies and programs, ensuring alignment with legal requirements.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from interviewing to negotiating offers and onboarding.
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives, including counseling, new hire orientation, and recognition programs.
- Monitor and oversee staff productivity across the organization, working with management to identify areas for improvement and maintain productivity standards.
- Organize recruitment marketing efforts such as job postings and participation in career fairs.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide management with feedback for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies and resolve inquiries effectively.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee development and training sessions.
- Assist with personnel management tasks, including performance evaluations, workload distribution, and team collaboration strategies.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct investigations into employee relations issues, including harassment and policy violations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Experience: 2-4 years in HR coordination or recruiting, with a focus on staffing, employee relations, and productivity management.
- HR Knowledge: Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Productivity Management: Experience monitoring and improving staff productivity, ideally in collaboration with management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (ADP, Workday, etc.).
- Recruiting: Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Judgment: Discretion and good judgment in handling confidential information.
