About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Dryer Operator to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Dryer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial drying equipment to ensure efficient and effective production processes. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that safety standards are adhered to.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating and maintaining industrial drying equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Manufacturing industry
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain industrial drying equipment to ensure efficient and effective production processes
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and processes
