About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and machinery. Your primary goal will be to minimize downtime and maximize productivity by performing regular maintenance and repairs on pumps, boilers, conveyor systems, and other mechanical systems. You will work closely with our production team to identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise, and you will be expected to work overtime as needed to ensure that our equipment is always running at peak performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
- Experience with gaskets and three-phase electrical systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in maintenance or related field
- Experience with welding and fabrication
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on pumps, boilers, conveyor systems, and other mechanical systems
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with production equipment and machinery
