Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Transportation Manager located in Conway, AR. The Transportation Manager will oversee day-to-day transportation operations, manage fleet logistics, coordinate with customer service teams, and ensure efficient delivery of linens to healthcare facilities.
Qualifications
- Operations Management and Transportation Management skills
- 2-5 years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven track record of managing suborninates.
- Experience managing P/L statements and department budgets.
- Class (A )CDL License holder
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Fleet Management skills
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field prefered.
