About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive II to join our team at Healthcare Management Administrators. As a Sales Executive II, you will be responsible for selling all lines of HMA business, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and various solution products and programs, to the 100 employee market. Your primary focus will be on educating and partnering with producers in Eastern WA and Northern/Central ID to grow HMA's book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term strategic plan to win business, including maintaining a top prospect list and sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with producers and clients.
- Drive new business by meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of self-funding options, stop loss underwriting requirements, and PBM offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of sales experience required, with 5 years in employee benefits.
- Proven record of accomplishment achieving sales goals and transitioning accounts.
- Ability to develop and execute a long-term strategic plan to win business.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor content and presentation type by audience and setting.
