Outpatient Mental Health Therapist
MidWest Center is seeking a self-motivated and dedicated outpatient mental health therapist full-time or part-time to provide therapy for adults, adolescents, families, and couples. We are currently accepting applications for our St. Paul and Burnsville locations, with hybrid telehealth options available.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services to clients, ensuring high-quality and compassionate care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including school staff, families, case managers, and medical professionals, to coordinate care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold ethical standards in clinical practice.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy).
- On track for licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LPC.
- Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical case documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while demonstrating mental resilience.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
