Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Employee Health and Infection Control Specialist (RN) to join our team in Naples/Immokalee offices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee health programs to promote a healthy work environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and maintain infection control policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on workplace hazards and injury prevention
- Conduct regular health screenings and provide education on disease prevention and management
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a current RN license and have at least one year of experience in employee health or a related field. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
