Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Office Manager to oversee the facility's financial operations and ensure compliance with established accounting principles. The BOM will play a critical role in managing daily financial functions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, while maintaining accuracy and organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the financial operations by managing the day-to-day tasks of the accounting department.
- Process and maintain invoices, reports, and accounting records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Monitor accounts receivable and facilitate timely collections while maintaining proper documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income and expense reports, as required.
- Assist in reviewing and implementing updates or changes to the accounting system to improve efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
