As a Director of Guest Services, you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by answering resident call lights, attending to our resident’s non-nursing related needs, ensure resident rooms are clean and sanitized and linens are changed, distribute resident meals and assist clinical staff. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and a C.P.R. Certification. One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable.
