Key Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee all clinical and operational nursing functions within the facility.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
Collaborate with medical, administrative, and leadership teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of care.
Mentor and guide nursing staff, fostering an environment of continuous professional development.

Qualifications :
Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, valid license.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team.
