Skilled nursing facilities/assited livings company is looking to hire for a multi purpose role! Some Business Office, HR or Admissions history is a must
Salary starting at $70k/year based on experience
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Conduct screening of potential residents, by determining level of care, services required, equipment needs and insurance coverage
- Facilitate the resident referral and approval process in an efficient manner
- Exhibit knowledge of the admissions process including policy, procedures, assessments & paperwork requirements
- Maintain up to date knowledge of regulations governing Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care reimbursement processes
- Business office experience in a nursing home
- Three years' experience in Admissions/Marketing in a long-term care or other related healthcare facility
