Responsibilities for Scheduler:
- Assumes responsibility for the scheduling of CNAs on all shifts through the development, preparation and maintenance of staffing schedules that meet the needs of the facility and state requirements, enters schedule changes to master schedule
- Performs any other job related duties and responsibilities that may become necessary as directed by Supervisor, check applications and references of prospective employees and arrange for an interview with the Director/Assistant Director of Nurisng or requested
- Maintain the nursing schedule and monitor the nursing personnel to ensure adequate number of staff, report complaints and grievances to the Director of Nursing Services as Necessary
- Perform unscheduled administrative tasks as directed
Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Scheduler:
- Previous Experience as a Scheduler preferred
