Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and laundry services to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment as needed.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, infection control measures, and safety protocols.
• Address resident and staff concerns related to housekeeping and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Collaborate with facility leadership to uphold quality assurance and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, health department, and infection control regulations.
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies.

What We’re Looking For :

Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a healthcare, skilled nursing, or hospitality setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and residents.

Ability to train and develop housekeeping staff to enhance overall efficiency and service quality.
