We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Admissions to join our awesome team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the admissions process, assisting the Marketing liaison, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, touring potential residents and families and help lead the team to achieve projected census targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with other nursing facilities and long-term care facilities to ensure best results for patients.
- Answer questions of the patients and their families, so everyone can be comfortable with the new situation.
- Ensure proper authorization is completed
- Admission agreements are signed
- Greet new admissions
- Prepare and inspect rooms for readiness of new admissions.
- Assist marketing team when needed.
- Available to all new admissions upon arrival and when needed.
