Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food service operations and supervise employees.
- Manage tray line, maintain temperature logs, and ensure sanitation standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
- Apply knowledge of therapeutic diets in daily operations.
- Utilize Meal Tracker and Sigma Care software effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a dietary supervisor in a long-term care (LTC) facility.
- Skills: Proficient in Meal Tracker and knowledgeable about Sigma Care.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Understanding of therapeutic diets is necessary.
