Responsibilities & Expectations
- Develop strong client relationships and have excellent client services skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Manage multiple client accounts and have efficient time-management skills
- Ability to organize, manage and function independently as assigned.
- Ability us use various software packages, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and billing and accounting software applications such as QuickBooks
- Ability to analyze financial transactions and reports
- Role requires significant time creating and working in MS Excel spreadsheets
- Perform home health client month end revenue cycle closes
- Perform various client / internal financial projects at supervisor’s request
- Prepare state and local income tax returns for Company
- Manage compliance with various state business regulations
- Working with our payroll vendor to maintain compliance with payroll tax regulations
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language and knowledge of phone system, copier/scanner and email
- Communicates financial information clearly and has strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and co-workers
- Communicate with our automation team to continue to develop efficiencies
- *Public Accounting or Financial Consulting experience a plus*
- Salary, exempt, full-time position
- Paid Time Off (PTO; starts accruing day one and is available for use following a probationary period of 60 days)
- Eleven paid holidays off per calendar year, 2 being floating holidays annually
- Hybrid Schedule (work from home 3 days per week)
