This position will oversee tenant improvement and capital projects and requires frequent travel (30-40%).

- Bachelor’s degree in either Architect, Engineering, Construction Management – related fields.
- 2 years of direct experience in tenant improvement project management.
- Experience in design and construction management of medical office (not required, but a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills; and ability to lead progress meetings with Tenants, Architects, Engineers and Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
- Team-player approach to work and ability to work with all members of the building engineering, leasing, management and administrative teams.
- Overseeing the design and construction of select aspects of tenant construction improvements, under the direction and supervision of the Directors of Project Management, including but not limited to coordinating, managing and hiring the design and construction team. The individual will also manage and oversee the preliminary design meetings, ongoing design thru permitting, construction bidding and review, construction management, and project closeout.
- Establish, manage and monitor scope of work, project budgets and schedules.
- Act as a liaison between the tenant and each design and construction team.
- Work with the leasing team to develop preliminary pricing for prospective tenant’s space plans.
- Assist in the oversight and management of structural-related capital improvement projects, project billing, change order approvals, and project-related financial reporting.
