We seek a Clinic Director of Physical Therapy day time hours with a flex schedule; 4 / 10’s, 4 / 9 or 9-5 no call / no weekends. Requires licensed in the state of MO upon start date. Graduate from a program approved by commission for the accreditation of physical therapy education. Ideal candidates have experience of 2 or more years within an outpatient setting with management experience or seasoned PT ready for next step. Experienced with sports medicine a plus.
Compensation up to 95K plus annual bonus which pays out quarterly plus sign on / relocation bonus. Excellent 3 weeks PTO, paid federal holidays, medical, dental and 401(k). CME expense additional insurance covered by company. Leadership development program offered for those seeking advancement.
