Director of Finance Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations, reporting, audits, budgeting, and compliance.
- Ensure Medicare & Medicaid financial reporting and cost compliance.
- Present financial reports to the Board & executive team.
- Manage affiliate financials, payroll, and funding sources.
Director of Finance Qualifications
- CPA & Bachelor's/Master’s in Accounting/Finance.
- 10 years accounting (healthcare preferred); 5 years leadership.
- Medicare/Medicaid finance expertise.
- Strong skills in QuickBooks & MS Office Suite.
Work & Travel
- Onsite role with 1 remote day/week.
- 2-3 short trips per month (PA, FL, KY).
- Full-time, Mon-Fri, occasional evenings/weekends.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
