Registered Nurse for Home Health, Leadership and Corporate Position

HealthCare Recruiters International seeks a Territory Operations Director (TOD), an Administrator, to lead and manage a home healthcare agency and geographical area. The role focuses on patient care and is accountable for patient outcomes, territory attrition, and adherence to the operating model. This position will lead the team and drive critical clinical and business outcomes.
TOD Responsibilities:
- TOD will manage daily operations and clinical services, including organizing and directing agency functions and daily territory operations.
- TOD will administratively supervise provision of quality care to agency clients for the territory.
- TOD ensures the implementation of agency policy and procedures so that the territory complies with professional standards and state and federal requirements.
- TOD manages the selection, training, and development of staff.
- Serve as the POD or Privacy Officer Designee who performs all necessary role-based functions, including on-site audits, etc.
TOD Qualifications:
- RN License for GA with bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- 3 years of management and administrative experience, especially in home healthcare
- Knowledge of business and fiscal functions in a healthcare setting
- Able to travel up to 33% of the time.
